Hello Parents,
I can't tell you how excited I am with the overwhelming support for volunteers! I have received so many emails asking how they can help as well as questions about the food pantry, so many that I am struggling to keep up with them all. To help answer questions and coordinate a plan, I will be meeting briefly today at 5:45 pm in the Freshman Cafeteria prior to Open House. I'd like to be able to meet face to face to discuss our needs and process. If you are interested in helping, I'd love to see you there.

We will have our open house on Tuesday August 29th from 6:30-8pm. I have attached a blank schedule for you to have your students fill out their current schedule. This will be the schedule you follow that evening. Volleyball and Softball will have games on campus during open house. Please arrive early in order for you to park and get inside the building on time. We look forward to seeing you all there!
