Hello Bulldog Families! 

The following email contains important information in order to receive your student’s schedule. There is a lot of information outlined in this email so please read it all carefully, and to the end! If the links do not work, please copy and paste them into your browser.

For those who submit all required documents by 12pm on August 2nd, schedules will be released and available in an email on an early release date of Monday, August 7th. The required documents to submit in order to receive student schedules include:

 

1. Completion of Annual Update

  • Parents or guardians of students enrolled at EMHS for the 2023-24 school year (including new enrollees) are required to complete an Annual Update every year by logging into the Parent Portal. https://edmondschools.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/edmond.jsp
  • If there has been a change of primary address,  EPS requires 2 new proof of residency be submitted for all address changes.  You can submit these documents by either uploading them to your Annual Update or if you have already submitted your annual update you can email your new lease or mortgage statement & utility bill to memorial.registrar@edmondschools.net.

2. Pay Fees/Fines

  • First, check online for any fines/fees via InTouch: https://ok-edmond.intouchreceipting.com/
  • The login ID for InTouch is the student's EPS student ID Number.  The password is the student's last name beginning with the capital letter. 
  • Additional fines may be paid by cash or check to the school during summer office hours.

3. Proof of Residency - ONLINE SUBMISSION - STARTING MONDAY JULY 10th 

Important: (***Utility bills must be submitted to the school for residency verification regardless if you previously uploaded these documents on the Annual Update.  These are two separate processes.)  

  • Please submit the Google form for each one of your students attending EMHS this year. Google Form Link Here
  • Utility bills must match the primary address and contain the name of a household parent or guardian. 
  • The utility bill must show your name, address and dates of service.
