Bravo! 👏 Edmond Memorial Performing Arts was nominated for TWO Kelli O'Hara awards. Beauty and the Beast was nominated for outstanding musical and Seth Rosacker was nominated for Outstanding Actor. We are certainly not surprised, if you had the chance to see Beauty and the Beast, you know how well-deserved these nominations are! ✨👑

Because of the severe weather forecast for this afternoon and this evening, including a “Particularly Dangerous Situation” tornado watch that has been issued for the OKC metro, EPS is canceling all 3 of tonight’s scheduled proms. These students really are stellar! 💫 High schoolers from Memorial and North recently traveled to Denver to compete at StellarXplorers Nationals. The teams competed in an 8 hour competition round where they designed a future space mission to collect Earth shattering data from celestial bodies. Then, they optimized orbits, designed the satellite, and selected the rocket that would carry their mission to the stars. Lastly, they presented their solution to industry leaders and took an academic exam to demonstrate their knowledge of the aerospace profession. North placed 2nd and Memorial placed in the top 10 out of 300 teams! Congratulations to our huskies and our bulldogs! We are so proud! 🚀✨ #EPSleads

Attn Juniors & Seniors: Prom Guest Forms are now available & must be signed by the EMHS grade level administrator in the Finance Office. Bring them to the Attendance Office to be verified and signed. There will be a tray on the counter for "forms to be signed." Approved & signed forms will be taken to the finance office when completed and will be confirmed when purchasing guest tickets. The LAST DAY to submit permission forms for outside guests is Thursday, April 18th.

Don't forget tomorrow (April 10) is Virtual Day for 9th, 10th, & 12th and IN Person for 11th! Juniors are taking the State ACT. Charge your chromebooks!

It's no joke-State Testing for JUNIORS starts MONDAY April 1st! Don't forget to charge your chromebook! *Full schedule is posted on the windows of the Counseling office.* Science & US History Students will test during regular school hours with their English and US History teachers. Please refer to the schedule posted on the counseling office windows and with your teachers. ACT All juniors will test April 10th unless they have been notified about alternative testing. Please refer to the emails sent out by the school for more information about the time and testing guidelines. These tests are required for graduation. Please make every attempt for your student to attend school to take the tests on the dates scheduled. Please refer to your school emails for more information regarding state testing.
