Bulldog Peer Tutors is a new FREE in-school peer tutoring service co-founded by seniors Ashley Nguyen and Natalia Mora. We are dedicated to providing all Memorial students with fast, reliable and high-quality support, whether completing homework, studying for a test or reviewing material.

Our 25 high-achieving student tutors are on call to offer individualized 1-on-1 support on math, English, science and history core classes at all levels, plus a variety of elective courses to personalize your teaching experience. All offered courses are listed below and updated regularly; be sure to contact the counseling office to request any we’ve missed.

Tutoring will take place in the library during tutorial, both lunches and 1st and 7th hours for students with flex schedules. 15, 30 and 60-minute sessions are available to suit your schedule. Notifications will be sent out through email.

NEED A TUTOR: Press the button to be redirected to our booking website, or go to https://www.picktime.com/bulldogtutors. Follow the instructions on the website and select your subject and time frame to get matched with the best tutor for you. You’ll be able to specify your level (regular, Pre-AP. AP), reason (homework, study, test) and additional comments in the form. You and your tutor will receive an email confirmation of your appointment.

BE A TUTOR: Tutors not only help their peers thrive in their classes but earn NHS points and/or volunteer service hours in the process! Contact Mrs. Elerick for more information. Note that you need to pass a subject with an A or B before you can tutor that subject.

NOTE: Peer tutors are also students, not professionals. Tutoring is to assist fellow EMHS students, but should not replace teacher support. Please contact your academic counselor for any questions, comments or concerns.
