Dear Parents & Guardians,
Finals are Thursday, May 18th and Friday, May 19th. If your student wishes to be checked out AFTER a class period ends, please email by May 17th noting the date and times your student is to leave campus.
10th thru 12th Grade Attendance: memorial.attendance@edmondschools.net
9th Grade Attendance: memorial.frattendance@edmondschools.net
Students will be checked out during passing periods only. Please communicate with your student on the times they will be leaving school. We will not be delivering passes to classrooms and students will need to come to the Attendance Office during passing time to pick up their pass before they leave campus. If you are coming in person to pick up your student, you may follow the standard check out procedures, and your student will meet you during passing time.
- STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE CLASS ONCE THE BELL RINGS.
- Students driving themselves MUST have a pass in order to leave campus.
Once you have notified Attendance that your student will be absent or dismissed early, please disregard any unexcused absence notifications you may receive.
Financial Holds:
Please make sure all financial records are checked before the end of the year & contact memorial.finance@edmondschools.net with any questions.
